Well. 😐 So, last week we had a ton of issues with Comcast. Our cable box just stopped working out of nowhere. I talked to customer service and they blamed it on ME and said I did something to mess it up. So David called, and they said it was David's fault bc he installed it himself. Note that we've had Comcast for almost TWO YEARS and it's just now messing up. So he went off, and they said "Oh, nvm, you just have the wrong box."

So they sent us a new box, right? Still doesn't work. So I called customer service back and they said it was our fault again, so we caved and paid to have a tech come in. He "fixed" it, and guess what? It's no longer working. AGAIN. And so again, I call customer service. They blame it on ME. I said "Ha, too bad the tech guy supposedly fixed it." He had no explanation, so he said he'd transfer me to someone, and then hung up on me. 🙄🙄

I'm calling AT&T tomorrow. ☺ it'll be almost double what we pay now, but damn, I just want cable that actually works! We're paying money for a service, that should NOT be too much to ask for.
