So I went to my obgyn yesterday. And I knew something was going on with my woman bits. I struggle with bv a lot and I knew the symptoms and knew I had it. I saw my ob and she just looked at me and said that there was no way I knew that that's what I had and until she did the wet prep and got the results back she wouldn't order any antibiotics. Then I indulged her a bit and asked about nexplanon causing a bit of an unusual vaginal odor and she just flat out said no. But it makes sense to me. If it's releasing hormones it just makes sense that your vagina could be thrown off balance and some weird things happen! Is that just me?
