Wash and reuse for me! The disposable ones don't hold as much and I constantly would have to change them because they would leak

Depends on supply. I have an oversupply so I have to use to machine washable pads or 1 disposable. Boobease has bamboo disposable that work well

The reusable ones are great to use at home, but I'd buy some disposable too for when your out and about because the reusable kind show through clothes.
