
Finally seeing some results. It's been a long road and even longer one ahead but I am finally getting somewhere. Only 8 lbs to my very first goal I have made for myself and it's looking like I may have to set a new one soon!
I was around 200 lbs after having my second. I worked hard and pushed myself and today I am down a total of almost 50 lbs! So proud of myself. No supplements, no harsh dieting, just doing in home workouts and watching my nutrition. No excuses here!
