Any suggestions for good prenatal vitamins? I've tried a few samples of Vitafol gummies, but I'm out... And I get a weird lingering metallic taste after I take my current gummy prenatals. I didnt take it today nor did I have that weird taste.. 🤔

I take these. Only ones that haven't made me sick! And they taste great! Like sour candy, you can find them at Walmart

My doctor told me to stay away from gummies because of all the unnecessary added sugar. I always used Rainbow Lite brand because it was food based and non constipating. Loved them!

Mine only have 4g of sugar in you. Barley any. It won't hurt you or the baby. ☺️
