What were your symptoms of a miscarriage? Did you go to the er or what did you do? How long did it take for the baby to pass? My friend my have had a miscarriage today but isn't sure. I'd like to help her with info to help rule it out without an expensive ER bill if possible. TIA!

I had lower back cramps and bleeding with mine.

Cramping that progressively got worse until I lost the baby and bleeding and clots.
