I have been in depo,the last day is July 31..declined my next shot,because honestly idk I'm worried…

I work with someone who got pregnant on it.. but when I was on it I gained 15lbs. I'll never get on it again I use IUD they said it's best especially after having one baby bc it's easier to get pregnant

Depo is awful in general

How soon after wards did your friend find out,I'm just worried because if I am I wanna know ASAP,but what's stopping me from getting a test is that I'm spotting you know idk what to do ...and someone rold me an IUD causes major blood clots

You can get pregnant on anything you're given. My friend got pregnant on the iud and I got pregnant on the pill and I had taken that for years

So it's best I think I might just take a test to rule things out

I got the depo shot in the beginning of June and I hate it I have been bleeding since and I also feel like I'm hungry all the time I'm never full and I have no energy and always tired n Moody!! I had it because I was set to get the essure procedure so they give it to u to last 3 months n I'm due for another in August but I'm not getting it

I'm afraid of the depo shot cuz ppl said they gained hella weight

I gained a lot of weight while on the Depo. I had it for almost a year. Like for 10-11 months. Never got my period while on the Depo. I didn't want to get the next shot. Doctor told me it will still be in my system for up to 10 weeks. I kept track of the weeks and ended up pregnant before the 10 weeks was up. When I went to the doctors I was already 9 weeks & 5 days.

That's what I'm afraid of being pregnant and me not knowing,I just feel like a food monster constantly hungry,and gaining weight so fast,worst experience ever I want to go back on some form of birth control but then I'm 2nd guessing,and that's crazy that doctors fail to mention you can get pregnant on depo
