I'm so proud of myself. I will be able to tell my daughter that, no matter what, her goals are attainable because I was able to do it, so she can too. In my family I'm the first child to graduate despite being 3rd born. I'm the first child to buy a brand new vehicle and, hopefully soon, purchase my first house. I've been able to raise Samira to be healthy and chunky and developing fine despite being a young mom. I made it through depression, job loss, job gain, and so much more. We've made it through my mom being diagnosed with cancer and through Samira's father coming around. We're not rich, but I've been able to provide Samira with everything she's needed, even if I go without something for a while. I can't be any more proud of myself to be the best mom I could be and beating the odds that were stacked against me. And I've been blessed with a gorgeous, sweet angel.
