Well that is the nature of the beast. You take care of the oldest one first because the baby mainly wants to be held. Include the older child in the younger ones care. Go play with the younger one while the baby sleeps

I don't know. I'm just giving suggestions. I handle my boys first and let her cry. Once they are settled then I get the baby. It is my system because if I get the baby first the boys would be waiting for hours. Once I have there movie on or game and feed them, then I take care of baby girl. Bath, diaper or whatever.

@beebaby, honestly the only time I really have trouble is nap and bedtime. I still breastfeed my oldest. We don't want to do sleep training. So bedtime and nap time are my most stressful times of day.

@beebaby, no she sleeps in a toddler bed in her room. I think it would be easier if we shared a bed but then I wouldn't sleep. But I do nurse her to sleep. I'd like to start training her to put herself to sleep after about a half hour of nursing but I have no idea how to do that.
