I've decided on bf and formula. I'm gonn do both. For a week, exclusively bf and then supplement formula during the day. I got 2 weeks to make sure I'm sure. Like no lie. This shit has been on my mind for months now.

Just from personal experience I did this and my supply dried up but each person is different and I noticed with the back and forth it was causing my son to puke I'm not trying to Deter you I just wanted to forewarn you on what could happen is all

If you want to continue breastfeeding you will need to pump during the day or your supply will leave and you will be 100% formula

These mommas are right! I strictly breastfed no supplementing but my best friend did both and her baby kept spitting up from the changes and then her milk dried up because when she was formula feeding during day she wasn't pumping. You gotta make sure you are pumping or bf as much as possible or you won't produce enough and eventually dry up!
