So for about the last week or so my stomach had cramped so bad.
Yesterday morning when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was some blood mixed in with some discharge and then it completely stopped. Well a couple hours ago I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had blood mixed with discharge again. It's not bright blood. Everyone is telling me that I'm pregnant.
I took a test Saturday and it was negative. I also have the nexplanon and I do not have a period at all.
Is it possible I could be pregnant 'v

Could be possible. I got a positive pregnancy test a week after I had what I thought was implantation bleeding. Take a test in about a week

I had am ectopic pregnancy while on nexplanon so if you are pregnant make sure you get a sonogram asap to make sure because I almost died & lost one of my fallopian tubes .
