So my husband came home and told me in 90 day he will no longer just be a manager he will be a store director witch means he get his own store and a bigger bouns on the store profit we were only getting 5% so now it would be 10 or 15% and i believe and a pay raise too!!! I am so proud of my husband he is been working his ass off and so stressed and pissed because they have keep telling him for months that he was going to have his own store and then them give it to someone els just to keep them happy and him almost wanting to quit a couple of time becausd he thought they were just playing with him.
