@csthom32 I call it Cajun fried chicken lol 💁 idk I decided to try something new . I halfway fried then took it out the greece put my Cajun seasoning and a little ground up habanero on the half cooked chicken let it soak through for a minute or two then put it back in the cooking@ oil and finish frying! Then I sprinkled extra season on top fresh out the oil and let sit! And lawd , ( praise break 🙏) lol thank ya lawd ! It was soooo good y'all should try @iviesha @_sheriee @momofdeuce @jayraemama
