What can I take for sinus relief if I'm 6 weeks pregnant?!

I found this cool nasal irrigation system in the cold and allergy section. You squirt warm water up each side of your nose and it really clears you out allowing you to breathe better!! Helped me a lot.

Benadryl is your best bet 😁 all doctors recommend taking it for any allergy type issues while pregnant.

@avie is it by Claritin clear pills?

@clbradley1229 no I had my first ultrasound, empty sac:( but maybe baby is still growing:)

@lovelaugh9283, No Benadryl is its own brand. I'm sure Claritin is safe too but just double check with your OB.
