Anyone else find it hard to go back to work after baby? Or not go back and found a different job?

@namamaste, I'm supposed to go back sept 11 and I really don't want to. We have an attendance policy and with a baby I'm only 2 absences away from getting a 3 day suspension and after that termination. It's just not ideal job if you have a family!
