It's a pretty decent size pool. He was told by the lawyers he had to have it in or the baby couldn't go there. I asked him yesterday and he couldn't answer me and I know if I ask again he's going to be a jerk off but wtf he has had plenty of time to get it installed! Yes call because if he was already told the baby couldn't go there then I wouldn't send him. Safety first. Don't want to regret it later. He seems very irresponsible. Let the lawyer know that you aren't sending your son over because of safety reasons that way you Don't get in any trouble for withholding your son

@missjess I Completly understand. If i was you. I would not have let lil one gone untill the lawyer said it was ok that way you didn't have to stress about it... My daughter lives 3 hrs away he's not complying either court won't do anything as of right now. We need to get the car fix to take him back to court and with me being out work for 3 months than my man job was playing him a month before I went back and took 5 months to find job we currently don't have 3,000 at moment to get fixed.... Were slowly getting caught back up on bills than this car will be slowly getting fixed.. His job send him home early cuz he works to fast. Good in way but lossing money and I take alot of time off work cuz my son autistic and has alot of appts.

He was told by all the lawyers numerous times that the fence had to go up before my son could go there. My lawyer told me he wasn't to go up there until the fence was in. I asked him yesterday if it was up and he can't communicate back to me about it cause he's a lowlife piece of shit who doesn't care about my son obviously! So I'm waiting to hear back from my lawyer now. He doesn't want to communicate with me then he's going to hear it from his lawyer! @suzzie.,

Right! I'm trying my best to be civil and be the bigger person with him but he makes everything impossible. My lawyer said if he tells me there is no fence then he's in violation of the court and i need to go file a violation order and he can get in so much trouble! He could maybe get arrested. It's his own fault and he's had plenty of time to get one and install it. I'm not playing any games when it comes to the safety and well being of my child!! @suzzie.,
