Smhh when the person you do home care for text you and tells u they no longer wish to schedule you to work anymore because you're pregnant , is that pregnacy discrimination ? I'm pissed because they knew I was pregnant before she even hired me to care for her and now all of a sudden its a problem ?? I need money for my children and my bills.

I didn't brake a leg I have no injuries or broken bones. I have a baby inside me I'm not disabled.
I pulled up the labor department page let them try to tell me that's not discrimination it says right on it , that it is discrimination you need to know your rights , a lot of people don't know there rights , that would be like saying oh hey your black so I'm gonna lay you off , you can not lay someone off because they're pregnant that is discrimination as long as I can perform my duties and do my job they can't do that !! I am pregnant not disabled I have a note from my doctor saying I'm not at any risk I'm more then capable of performing my job duties and they don't find my job to be harmful to me or the baby. @lexieelovee0329

I'm gonna go down to the company and talk to them tomorrow and then go down to the labor board I'm gonna fight it idc because this stuff isn't right I have a 4 yr old to take Care of & a child on the way, i have bills to be paid and rent i refuse to get help from the welfare I'm more then capable to work and perform my duties. @lexieelovee0329 this deft hurts .
