I skip prenatal pills a lot they make me feel sick anybody do this is it okay ?

I haven't took my prenatal vitamins since I was 24 Weeks lol my doctor says the pills are for us not for the baby so I've seen my son he's healthy you should be good

The first trimester is the most important because the folic acid actually helps prevent spinal issues. But after that I stopped taking them.

I've been taking Flintstone vitamins because any prenatal I've tried made me sick every time I take them.

Throughout my pregnancy I've forgotten to take them at times, but I feel perfectly fine. I'm 29 weeks right now. At my last appt my doctor did ask about it and said I'm "a little bit anemic" but Idk because I'm perfectly healthy and haven't had any complications or bad test results.

I do that too just because I forget to take them

Honestly, way back in the day they didn't have any of this fancy stuff. I'd say your fine, just make sure you're getting plenty in what you eat

I tried the gummies and I take before bedtime. Well thats if I stay sleep. But it doesn't make me sick like before.

They made me sick too. I didn't take them much.
