You should ask them to put you in a private room. You should be in your room that you are going to be in after you have your csection. Unless all the private rooms are filled. @pinkxoxo,

They are charging 950 a night for a private room , & even with the employee discount my dad gets it's still about 700 @antwonika

@pinkxoxo, I understand what you are saying but the private rooms I'm talking about are the rooms that you have when you have your baby. Your own shower & etc. when I have my csection I have my own room before my csection and after tell I get discharged

@antwonika yea in new York you have to pay for a private post partum room , the insurance only pays for a semi private roo.

Ooooo I see I figured that. Everything out their you have to pay for and it's so expensive, well hopefully you don't have to share a room when she comes so you can bond with her for the days you are staying. I know you wanna be comfortable

@fasciamom at the old hospital I got special treatment because my dad works there but since they closed down and I'm here it's crazy
