I've used them, and I'm really surprised it was recommended by a doctor. These things at best are a waste of money. You can't draw toxins out just by sticking pads to your feet, for one. They're also really uncomfortable and make your feet sweaty all night.
The only way you can really flush your system is by eating healthy, drink lots of water, and stay active. Or to replace all your blood entirely. But that's unrealistic. 😂 Unfortunately it's not as easy as using these.
That being said, if you can get them totally covered by insurance, there's no harm in trying if you still believe they can help.
@beatifulmommy I do have a package left from when I tried them a while back. If you want I could send it to you and you could try it out for yourself. Then you can at least go back to your doctor and say you listened so he can't tell you off. 😂
Have you tried progesterone tablets? The kind I'm talking about are hormone supplements that help your body reset itself after birth control. They aren't birth control themselves so they won't alter your chances of getting pregnant while you use them.
They readjust progesterone levels in your body to help reverse any negative side effects from birth control. (Such as heavy bleeding or no bleeding) I cannot for the life of me remember what they're brand name was called so I could give you better info. Google is not helping. 😂 I'll have to ask my doctor I think.
