So my children's father will be home soon. Incarcerated. I'm trying to live my life, kinda hard with three kids, and no help. He doesn't want me on social media or have a smart phone, or any phone.
How do I tell him and keep my confidence. He kind of have a temper.
Mind you I'm working part time and the other time I'm stuck at home with 3 little ones.

Tell him his ass can't come there and you co parent hell thats a way to control you and that's abuse

Get with some local churches or other moms and help each other out with keeping each other's kids to give breaks
