Have any moms only used health insurance during their pregnancy and delivery instead of health insurance along with Medicaid? How was your experience and how much did you end up paying out of pocket?

I just used my health insurance and paid 600 something out of pocket. Really isn't out of pocket. I have hsa so it is paying got the rest

Depends on your insurance!! Everyone has different caps and such

Thank you! With my first I used Medicaid but I moved across the state line but I want to have this baby at the same hospital as I did with my first because I had such a great experience and it's just as close to my house as the closest hospital in my state it so therefore I will only be able to use insurance and I was trying to figure out if it would be ridiculous or of pocket costs

I would just call your insurance and discuss costs with them, and the hospital will let you know (or your obgyn) that way you can decide. Also don't forget to hit the reply button to tag people when commenting back, that way people will see when you respond 😌💕
