Can anyone help me.. I woke up at like 2am today and my whole stomach was uncomfortably cramping and my lower back was hurting i also ended up getting sick and after i got sick and walk around for a min it all quit and i finally went back to bed after like 30mins .. Now today im having like menstrual like cramping here and there plus yellow discharge and i dont have no infection
