so i tried to get my SO to go to breakfast with me this morning. he didn't want to go and my hormones are going nuts so i was upset.

i ended up going to the gym instead of breakfast. now he's apologizing but mad that i went to the gym without him.

am i crazy or would you all have asked him to go to the gym with you after he said he didn't want to go to breakfast with you?
