I have to take the glucose screening test for diabetes in the morning and my doctor really never said if I could eat or could not eat so I'm clueless what to do! Help please?

If he didn't tell you to fast I'm sure you'll be fine to eat, I just wouldn't eat anything loaded with sugar before.

I did mine last week and was told not to eat 2 hours prior to taking it.

I wasn't given any directions of any kind so I decided not to eat the morning of just to play it safe and my results came back fine

They always tell me to not eat or drink after 12am. But you can drink water only

I got told can eat protiene, (eggs, bacon, sausage) but not to load up on carbs and sugar
