Yeah, I agree with @milky_mama2017. Sometimes it takes a while for them to burp.

I sit my daughter upright in my lap and rub her back going upwards, then pat her back. She lets out huge burps

I do the same as taebriahnsmom and it works like a charm burps super fast and maybe if he is fussy and gassy he needs different formula that his tummy can tolerate better.
