Are there ways to tell if baby is head down yourself?

I knew my little girl was head down because whenever she got hiccups I could feel her head-butt me super low

My Son is head down now. And I knew because I felt kicks high by my ribs. They day were u feel kicks therr head is on the opposite side.

Ultrasound confirmed he's head down .

Lay on your back and feel for the head above your pubic hair line

I can feel my babys shoulder under my belly button maybe feel around your tummy see if you can tell what body parts are where

@miriahlove, my son has dropped, I can't feel anything in my ribs anymore. I was saying is there any way I could tell by myself, by touching my stomach. At 32 weeks your baby isn't in its final position. Could be head down today and not tomorrow that's why my doctor wouldn't tell me that early. They said it was pointless and he could move at any time.
