Period like pains that come and go best way to know is feel the top of your stomach when you are cramping and if it hardens it's contractions. Start timing but usually 3-5 minutes apart then go in
My back started tightening up. Felt like I had to poop. I couldn't talk or breathe. Was like that for about an hour. Went to the hospital then my water broke like 30 minutes later.

I had cramps that I couldnt sleep through. They picked up and I'd have to breathe through them a little and then a couple hours later my water broke.

Contractions every 2 minutes and colostrum was coming out of my nipples.
