What helped yall the most with sore nipples. Cause she sucks so hard that she pops her tongue.

Not she figured out quick she just sucks really hard even on her pacifier that it will leave marks for a few mins.

My baby sucks hard too! He has since day 1

Use lanolin, it won't hurt her and you don't have to wipe it off before nursing. It's in the baby aisle at walmart.

Coconut oil works wonders my 13 month is still breastfeed with a mouth full of teeth he bites me way to many times during the day and that's the only thing that helps my nipples
