My LO is about to be 6 months old in a couple weeks. When I put her to bed, she HAS to be swaddled…

My LO is about to be 6 months old in a couple weeks. When I put her to bed, she HAS to be swaddled or she does not sleep through the night and will continuously wake up. Even for her naps throughout the day she has to be swaddled or she will wake up within 10 minutes. Is this normal?? Does anyone else do this?
