You will have to read the insurance stuff and see if prenatal care is covered or if well baby visits are covered. I would look into insurance for the baby as soon as possible because there are lots to go through and check out before the baby gets here, better to be prepared in my opinion.

@babyboy1117 Step dad I'm sure won't give me those type of paper work information. I'd have to get that all from him.. It's through his employer. I'll have to seek state aid insurance for the baby. Until I have enough time in at work.

I am fully independent. Step dads insurance is the only thing that's still attracting me to them. I want my boyfriend to put the baby on his insurance cause he has the better job. He's just a lazy but, and won't do any asking

You may have to go get your own some insurances will no longer cover you once baby is here so you may want to have him call

No I know that but make sure they will continue coverage after baby is here sometimes they will not I know my dad had looked at putting me on his and they said if I had a baby or got married even if I was in school he couldn't cover me so he never put me on because I was getting married before the year was up

It's a generic question you may be able to call yourself and ask just have insurance card ready incase they ask for it I think that's what my dad had but it may have just been the type his company bought too he works for van Eerden trucking and from the co pay on one of his meds I don't think it covers a whole lot
