Yep, only when I lay down, I can feel it in my chest and neck and it feels like anxiety. I just take deep breathes and take my mind off it but will bring it up at my appointment in a few days. It's normal, if you think about it we have a lot more blood pumping through us to supply our baby but it can also be something not good. I just started my 3rd trimester I had it in the start of the 2nd, it went away now it's back.
@kirstynnicole, my family has a history of doing it when pregnant, just bc of everything that's going on & all the hormone changes. It only happens to me when I get really upset, but I'm going to bring it up at my next appointment just in case!
