Really confused, when i look at my registry on my tablet it shows that the crib and mattress I chose…

Really confused, when i look at my registry on my tablet it shows that the crib and mattress I chose have been purchased but when I look on my phone it only shows the mattress. Also I didn't get a email confirmation that they've been purchased. Also when I go to gift manager it doesn't show them with the rest of my purchased items.

Do you guys think it's a glitch in the system, I didn't buy them but I was thinking maybe someone else did? But now idk. 😒
