Can drink coffee in the morning and still workout???

Yeah, coffee is actually good for you. It's just the added sugars of creamers that is bad for you.

I used to take pre workout before a workout, but no it's not bad it's actually used as an energy source and can increase your metabolism if it's black coffee but I always preferred pre workout.
