My baby woke up with these red cheeks looks like maybe just a irritation but idk what they put on it and advice ?

Might have rubbed them in her sleep or gotten drool. I just leave it so it doesn't get irritated more

Try washing her cheeks with mild soap then apply Cetephil lotion.
