Stool softners.. there in pill form. It's safe to take them when your pregnant because it's basically just water in the pills that help loosen stuff up. I had the same problem when I was pregnant with my son

Eat apples and drink plenty of water.

I drink a lot of oj and eat grapes

What worked for me was some dried prunes. They r tastey and did the trick pretty quick and didn't cause cramping.
