If you don't get your black ass up and change your son diaper, take his temp and give him his meds 😑 man I ain't gonna be here forever shoot 🙄 anyway took care of all that and his temp went back to 103.2 😫😫😫 gave him Tylenol now off to get his Motrin and antibiotics of course he is with me right now eating Cheetos.
