Ask your dr too, you may need a prescription from them or something. But I would call back and ask how you get one. I had to ask my insurance company for a step by step lol
I used aerodlow.com, put my insurance information in last night. They emailed me my insiranve cleared and which pumps were covered. And now they have it shipping out tomorrow morning. I'm 32 weeks so happy it's coming early.
I have BCBS, you may need to call again and ask about the process of getting your free breast pump. They gave me a couple options of how I could get mine. They emailed me a link then and I picked out the one that I want from a website. They'll mail the breast pump to me when I'm about 35weeks.

Depends on what kind you have. Call them and find out.

You have to call them an find out the brands that works with it, since there is a list of different makes that are on a list with them

My hospital took care of that for me. I signed a paper and they did all the work thru my insurance.
