According to my OB You can take a stool softener as long as it doesn't have a laxative with it. You can always ask your OB to be sure💕 but i hope this helps. @beccaaalynnn11 @vspinktink
@autumnsmomma125 I have been so constipated this pregnancy I've had to do multiple enemas, take a hand full of suppositories, drank miralax and taken a daily stool softner.

I took them during the first trimester to help with constipation but no longer need them.
