Just don't freak out. I had a really high temp when I was younger. Like 104-105. Popsicles are good, especially on the way to the hospital. It will help cool him down.

They told me 100.4 I would definitely take him in hope he feels better 😩💙

Oh and a cool bath, not cold(you don't want his temp coming down too fast) but like nice swimming pool water temp. It'll feel nice for him.

@deafmama16, I know it's hard not to freak out but I know a lot of people will say "omg get him to the hospital now?!!) then you'll freak and he might see that and get worked up. A chilled rag on the back of his neck will feel nice or his forehead or tummy, where ever he lets you keep it on.

@deafmama16, you can do a lot that will help, hydrate, Popsicles, cool bath, cool rags, just not cold. You're doing good mama :-)
