When you feeling like your craving something so you had a raisin bagel with cream cheese for bkfast, cheese sandwich at 0900. And chicken and mac n cheese / mashed potato. Mint choc chip icecream. And than you ask your self are you actually hungry or just trying to chase the nausea away and nothing is working?? I was up at 0430 lol 06-18 shift.
