I know the feeling Hun..... Just have to push through it. . Just look at your beautiful baby and keep going. . It's easier said then done but I do understand you

I do at some point when my depression hits but what helps is seeing my husband and child smiling and laughing. I know I'm better than that so I push the negative thought away and fight through it
