How are you going to send an email saying you came and fixed the AC when you know damn well you didn't??? Then whenever I call the front office I get placed on hold for one of these 2 lovely excuses "let me put in another maintenance order for you please hold" or "let me check on the notes left for that maintenance order in question".... then click.... I am 9 weeks pregnant, I have an almost 2 year old and the stupid filter hasn't been changed in almost 6 months. I am so fed up.... 😠😠😠 I've called at least 6 times and my husband at least twice as many as me..... this is bull!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠
Any suggestions on what I can do to cool down because clearly they aren't going to come fix the problem and I am burning up....

@dianne0825 purchase a couple fans and then call your city ordinance or your city for the complaint of how your apartment complex is treating you also print or show a record of where you've done a electronic maintenance order if they allow you to put those in yourself and make a record of the calls you've made to them and highlight the dates from the time you've had the problem til the time you got the email saying it was resolved and lastly get someone to fix it from a company that the apartment doesn't work with so you can have a record of what their maintenance person has written down as your problem and that he be fixed it so that way if need be you can take them to court for negligence because I've seen reviews on people's apartments where they put in requests for eons and nothing gets done but at the same time I'm like just let the proof of negligence build up and then take them to court cause chances are you're not the only one they're ignoring or neglecting
