Hi all I'm a mom of two under 2 and a third on the way. I haven't lost all the baby weight yet so I'm looking for a healthy way to not gain too much weight. Also how to handle 3 under 3 I'm feeling a little out of my element >. <
I'm sure we are overthinking it. I'm 7 weeks and my first son is 2 my second son is 5 months so my first son will almost be 3 picture my second son will have just turned one and my baby will be born March 8th
@titantennisinfo awww thank you. I'm nervous about 3 under 3 as well. Cause my 2 boys are already jealous of one another. Right before I give birth my boys will turn 3 and 1. I hope I'm over thinking how it'll be and it'll actually be much easier. How far are you? What are your other kids ages?
Hello, welcome, and congratulations!😊👋 I'll kind of have 3 under 3 as well. I walk everywhere, eat healthy with the occasional sweet here and there lol, drink water and juice, eat small meals throughout the day plus I'm already running behind a 2 and 9 month old so they keep me busy. I've been maintaining my weight pretty good. I'm 25 weeks and only gained 9lbs.
Both pregnancies I walked everyday for 30-40 minutes ate small healthy meals had cheat days and gained only 7 pounds the whole pregnancy I lost weight gettting pregnant thank u god! Lol took getting pregnant to loose weight lol I weighed 152 before ever getting pregnant after baby I dropped down to 126 just by walking everyday and eating more not just once a day u can do it mama it's as simple as going for a walk
