Mild cramps could be round ligament pain. And you could be having Braxton hicks too, but I would at least call.

@logan.sarah.walters today I've been cramping and having back pain and its like every hour I have them and it last about 10 mins. Earlier they wasn't very bad the last 2 have hurt.

Braxton hicks/contractions that last for a minutes and come ever few minutes, baby will have dropped. You may loose your mucus plug or break your water. Either of those you need to get to the hospital ASAP!!! Back pain.
