My daughter has been throwing major temper tantrums....she's fake crying/real crying (depends on how serious she thinks it is) and then waits for a reaction. She is very loud and disrupts conversations , other kids napping (I nanny) HELP 🙃😩 ps . I do ignore her when these tantrums happen but at work it's very hard to let her cry as the people I work for work from home
