I only made shrimp dip before. But the best advice I can give you on chicken salad is to chop your chicken in a food processor add mayo, salt, pepper, and green onions. Maybe a little cayenne pepper.

@bayou_donna, 🤔 no green onions...only got regular onions...that will have to do !! Ima try it and then let you know how it turn out

I use hickory smoked tuna in the package not the can, I add salt, pepper, minced onion (dry) and mayo....Mmm might have to have one for lunch tomorrow

I get rotisserie chicken salad from the deli at my grocery store. Eat it with ritz it's amazing

Yes from the seasoning aisle I would say that's better...but never tried onion power in it but sounds like it may be a good substitute...a little goes a long way with that is all I know lol (I've had many mishaps 😆)

I got it at Albertsons... I have frys which is like publix but I haven't checked there...
