The last two nights I've been turning the tv off at 8:00 and the last two hours I spend time bathing Mason, I feed him and then read to him (a good book I'm reading) until he falls asleep.
The first night he fussed so much because he usually falls asleep watching tv but I'm trying to change it
It's definitely an adjustment. I just didn't like how he HATES story time but will focus on TV .... no sir. You're too little to be that way
So I'm breaking it early💛😌

Good job! My daughter never sat in front of the tv and she just recently started to enjoy dancing and mocking the tv show I put on once or twice a day. (Depends how crazy she's been that day) 😂 try calming music! I have noticed it calms everything down before bed 💕 you're doing great 😊

@abbydi, thank you😬
I'll definitely try music I have lots of lullabys downloaded too I'll do that tomorrow night or during bath time
And what did you do to keep your daughter occupied during the day when she was around 4/5 months?

@torrey.bee, to keep her occupied/stimulated I sat her in an activity seat or in her jumper with a blanket around her. Lots of tummy time too! Music can also keep kids awake so try your favorite music or some "toddler tunes" to let him know the difference between active time and bed/nap time. It makes it much easier when transitioning from one to the other

I took my daughter out a lot too! We hung with my friends or family and went shopping .
