I'm exhausted.

I woke up around like 3 this morning and couldn't fall back asleep until 430-5. I just felt awful. I still do. Lightheaded, kinda queasy/nauseated. Very shaky. I've felt like that ever since Isabelle's doctors appointment yesterday. Idk if I overexerted myself or what. My blood pressure feels like it's flopping in the mud.

My period was also due yesterday/this morning but it's nowhere to be found, not a cramp, bloat, or pimple in sight, so cue the stress of the thought of having two under two 😑😑

It feels like a Monday.
