Get baby to open wide, point nipple to roof of their mouth. Make sure their lips flange out (I would manually have to do this for my daughter for awhile.) I think you can like trace your nipple along their upper lip and when they open up wide you slip your breast inside. (If I remember that's a way to do it) but @cubanese would be a good help too.
